People worldwide are said to participate in an ancient act of drinking their own urine or rubbing it onto their body, for medical results some call astonishing. Others see reusing and recycling someone’s own urine as an outrageous act.
Many do not like the idea of keeping urine around, let alone in a glass to chug down. People who are avid about this culture take it to heart that the secrets behind the liquid, has a magical influence on their health. As reported on theyogadr.com, urine can contain calcium and magnesium, vitamin C, along with amino acids. Since these people are looking at the beneficial vitamins and minerals they are gaining from drinking the yellow concoction, they see the good in what the majority of society probably considers taboo.
Frankly speaking, there haven’t been heaps and heaps of research indulged into the topic of urine and because of that, skeptics stay quite skeptical. One doctor, Dr. Dharmadhikari of Pune in Maharashtra state, India, has given auto-urine therapy on over 200 patients and the results are enlightening at best. Highlights from the findings are that the patients’ bodies began to take in more oxygen from the atmosphere. Also, their metabolic reactions speeded up after having used this type of therapy.
Other benefits can be found by using this somewhat controversial way of being healthy. “First time I remember I used it when I was about 8 years old. I had a severe case of throat infection. Doctor’s medicine did not help and my mother told me to use my own urine, gargle and swallow some to get infection that was deep down the throat area. It worked like a charm, said Max a Ukrainian who is co-authoring a book on urine therapy with his wife Alina.
Doctors are the gatekeepers in this category and mainstream society urges many not to try this kind of treatment. “Urine is an old medicine and unfortunately majority of mainstream doctors cannot endorse urine therapy openly because of fear of repercussions on their career and reputation,” admitted Max, but believes there are doctors out there that may endorse it behind closed doors.
Another doctor commented on their experience on Dr. John’s Health File blogspot blog. They said in the post that they had given a lecture at Mumbai Rotary Club. Surprisingly so, the doctors present there told this particular medical practitioner to stop promoting urine therapy because they were having a slack season. In other words, business was slow, so keeping quiet about it would be better.
That doesn’t stop the avid users of urine therapy, as this is definitely a medicine that cannot be taken away from them. The advantages of use as well as variety of how it is implemented are extraordinary indeed. “I take a bath from my urine and sometimes others urine for a bath. I do not use soap, shampoo, shaving cream, aftershave lotion, and deodorant, said Sunil Kumar Munot creator of the website munot.in, whose mission is to bring good health to each person at no cost, just free, “Urine is an alternative for all this for me and I am 41 years old but look 25-28 years old.”
If non-users are still on the edge about drinking their own pee, it is interesting to note that urofollotropin, a urine-extract fertility drug known in the industry as Bravelle® is one prime example of how urine is already being implemented in the medical profession. A certain component from urine, from postmenopausal women is taken in order for the drug to be useful.
Urine has been said to help get rid of dandruff on the scalp and to make eyes feel less painful. Older urine can be used to rid oneself of earaches, and infections in the ear. Many others have reported that this liquid is a good face wash and makes acne disappear. Though, these are possible, everyone’s individual results may not be the same. Munot tells the tale of his 7 year old twin daughter who has cerebral palsy with a weak immune system. After starting her on urine therapy, she is said to be in a much healthier condition, which he accredits to her urine she drank.
Public be cautious as with any therapy there are an equal amount of loses as there are gains, the Chinese Association cautions people of the possible side effects that are correlated with this therapy. Fatigue, itch, pain, and diarrhea are just some of the symptoms people may encounter as they start this new venture with urine therapy. Though the reaction to it is negative, this association also mentions how much of a pity it is to feel in such a way with a treatment that can work wonders for many.
“I would not recommend stopping urine therapy especially if the body is detoxing. Just take a little less and slow down the process so that the person can handle it,” told Tony Scazzero, writer on drinkyourownwater.com.
Whatever the case may be, it is clear that urine therapy may stick around for a while longer, while the same goes for the nay-sayers to the entire idea. The health benefits seem possible although the thought of having to take a shot of the yellow juice may be mentally too much to take on. “Drink urine and live healthy life and save your hard earned money and spend them on your family or save for your future,” said Munot. The choice is simple, drink it or throw it down the drain.

My name is Marco and I am writing from Italy.
In the last two years have developed some symptomps in my eyes.
On my right eye I have gradually developted what the western medical doctors called Glaucoma which they define as “incurable”.
On my rleft sight I have experienced a gradual increased amount of blurriness.
In the last 4 month, among many other things, I have been doing urine therapy. Everyday I have been drinking my first morning urine and quite often I have been looping my urine through out the day. I also applied the fresh urine on my eyes several times per day. I am now preparing a 3 months aged urine which I will regularly apply to the body. My diet is mostly “light” and based on organic vegetables, nuts, seeds, and sometimes small amount of other proteins like broiled eggs, sardines, and less often dairy and meat.
I also do regularly exercises and streatching.
I just did my first 3 days water and urine fast.
Besides my eyes I feel most of the time in good shape and have energy. I have almost eliminated sugar from my diet (including fruit) as I notice a change in energy level when I take it. I drink green juices and at least 4 liters of distilled water per day, sometimes with lemon juice.
I am a very positive and most of the time happy person and very exited about this physical experience. I am a professional composer and producer and my work is about to create live concerts in support of the awakeing of the planet.
Since I have been practicing all the above my health has dramatically improved. However I have not experienced any imrpovement with my eyes, in fact it seems they are getting slowly worste.
I am now considering going more radical into the healing process and do a 4 weeks water and urine fasting only.
I would love to hear from you what kind of advices and in what way I should adjust my routine in order to cure the glaucoma and regain my full vision in both eyes.

He is been applying fresh ( 2 hrs old ) Sivambu, on the affected areas ie wrist, elbow region, neck and fore head. Initially he had he had severe burning sensation, but has 50 % relief in ITCHING in these areas. He applying for the past 7 days.
Also I tried using 3 days old Sivambu, but there was PUNGENT smell. I stored in an glass bottle with closed lid. I need your guidance to know if we can use OLD Sivambu. If yes how OLD ( 3, days, 5 days, 7 days…or more ).

–according to some ENT doctors this may be the problem of salivary glands but there is no clear evidence as my CT scan & MRI are normal.I have also done tests for Thyroid,diabetes,autoimmune,renal & liver functions tests are all normal.
–According to some this may the problem of cranial nerves or muscles but not clear.I am under mental stress since these many years..
Sir, can I get rid of all these problems by following Urine therapy ?
If yes ,please provide me guideline for this.

Thank you very much for your web site. I have printed out much of what you have, particularly distlled water and urine therapy. I am quite healthy, with a few minor problems. Last Friday I started drinking a gallon of distilled water a day and putting 3 drops of urine under my tongue each morning.
Here is some information that you have missed. There is an exercise called the Five Tibetans that I have found useful. It is a series of five (actually 6 exercises) that you would consider yoga postures, that help to cleanse the body and help to raise the Kundalini. This exercise was popular in the early 1990’s. The reason I say there is 6 exercises, is that the 6th Tibetan is supposidly for people who wish to practice celebacy.
There are 3 books associated with the video. I think all 3 are mentioned in the video. They are available on Amazon.com. The first book tells the story of how the 5 Tibetans came to be. The second book is by several doctors that tell of the health benifits. One doctor explains why you don’t need to be celebate to do the 6th Tibetan. The third book is a vegitarian cookbook.
The 5 Tibetans exercises can be done in 15 to 20 minutes. They have a synergistic effect. I have done them for about a year and have noticed improved balance, more physical strength. I haven’t been sick in a long time.
The first exercise requires spinning in the clockwise direction. Many people get extremely dizzy when doing this. There is a fix for the dizzyness which I will include here. This article was taken from a magazine First For Women. It includes links to two videos that demonstrate the technique.

1. shivambu – the term itself means its related to shiva (male god), now my doubt is does urine of female has same usage as like male urine , because in hinduism we can see male sages and male followers of lord shiva using their own urine as medicine . 2.Should we use only early morning urine , because even daytime like noon we drink more water and urinate more , does this urine at daytime be useful or it should be avoided. can we use this urine at daytime for face wash , washing hands and legs.

I have been watching your web with the demonstration on how to use the shivembu (U.Therapy). Where to to say you the problems of me, iam suffering from kidney disease since my young age at the age of 22yrs. After being successful transplant and currently of 10 years after transplant, i am again having the problem with not functioning by my transplant kidney well. A brief intro about me: I Live in Texas, USA. I have been drinking Shivambu for last two years and have benefited a lot from it in terms of overall health and well being. It compliments my yoga and meditation practices.

1. How many days old Shivambu can we use for external purpose?
2. As per Shivambu Gita, Shivambu needs to boiled before use. Do we need to boil matured Shivambu or we can use as it is?

Nano-particle in camel urine could treat human cancer
Experts have questioned recent claims that camel urine can
cure cancer. Despites the widely reported claims, no human
trials have been done so far, and research is still in early
stages, they say.

developing countries are the more countries like to use these
therapies because its more safe, effective and mainly have a

for only one month, reduced by 80% after two months and
there is no active cells after 9 months. In other patient
(pancreatic cancer without any other treatment), the
biomarker (CA99) reduced from 9600 to 2500 after only
three weeks. In another metastatic patient, the biomarker
(CEA) reduced from 294 to 194 in two weeks and the tumor
in liver reduced 2 mm.
“We are trying to find incubator for this research from
different institutes like King Abdulaziz City for Science and
Technology (KACST) or private sectors but always we faced
opaque stop after long processors.”, Khorshid concluded.

P.Thapa,aged 58 years was diagonised with advance incurable
Prostate Cancer with bone metasis in Vellore last year.Since

Subject: Urine therapy for hearing loss
Dear Sir,
I am in middle management grade executive in a PSU (A Coal
Company) residing in AP. After reading urine therapy articles
on internet and your website I am practising urine therapy
for the last 2 years, for my profound hearing loss. I
continuously wear hearing aids. There is no relief in hearing
capability despite daily taking morning first urine, and later
two or three times a day. I also put one week old urine drops
in my ears in the night. Day time I could not put urine drops
in the ears since I wear continuously hearing aids.
Despite use of urine therapy for more than two and half
years there is no relief or improvement in my hearing calibre
and it has little bit deteriorated. I am very much embarrassed
and humiliated in discharge of my duties when encountered
with higher ups, due to repeatedly asking them. Only benefit
I got in resorting to urine therapy is I am spared from
repeated cold and other minor ailments.

I have a patient of liver disease. He had a hepatitis b in
chronic condition about 4 yrs ago ( infection may not be more
than 4.5 yrs old i think before that he is healthy no problem
no hepatitis b). He is vegetarian since problem identified that
2 yrs ago.He took allopathy medicine i.e lamivir 52. He

too) I’ll be very grateful. First of all, sorry for my bad english,
it’s my second language. Now I’ll tell you a little about me and
my story.
My name is André Luis, I’m a 26 years old guy from Brazil
that was diagnosed with Gastroesophageal reflux disease,
gastritis and a little esophagitis two months ago. I started to
depend on medication to eat and digest properly, and the
heartburn was terrible sometimes. Well, I know that diseases
are not the end of the world, but it bothered me. Looking for
some natural therapy to help me, I found UT, and I
absolutelly sure that I’m cured! I don’t feel any heartburn or
stomach problem, and with just 3 weeks of therapy! But
something entirely different is happening now.
Four days ago, in the beginning of the 3 week of UT, I started
to feel pain in my left ear. I thought that it was because of
headphones, so I stopped with them. But the pain increase,
my ear became like when we are with a otitis externa, very
swollen. So I get to a doctor, that said that I was with otitis
media (a more deep in ear inflamation)! I took some
medication, and now it’s almost cured… except that my
hearing is not so normal… i’m feeling some ringing (very little)
in my ear, and the ears a little “compressed”. I return to the
doctor, and he say that my ear still a little swollen, but it’s
healing.
Well, the case is that I think that this is an effect of UT.
Because I had rhinitis all my life on, and on my allergic crisis I
expelled much phlegm, and that always affected my ears,
with some pain in the ears few days after crisis. So, maybe the
UT is “healing” my ears, expelling that accumulated phlegm
on them. My question is.. is this possible? It have sense?
Because I became very worried when it begun… I never
heard about any case like mine’s, so I thought that a specialist
in UT or a long time practicioner could reassure me a little if
they know some case like mine’s…

Also let us know that what kind of allergies your wife suffers from?
In general I suggest you:
1) To have végétarien diet only
2) To drink your 1st morning urine and the mid stream only
4) To body message once in a day with at least 5-6 days old urine and wash after
at least 2 hours if you wish.
5) store urine for 5-6 days in a glass bottle with cork head cap for massage
6) keep this routine for a regular basis untill you find any changes on your
skin or allergies.

Well, the case is that I think that this is an effect of UT. Because I had rhinitis all my life on, and on my allergic crisis I expelled much phlegm, and that always affected my ears, with some pain in the ears few days after crisis. So, maybe the UT is “healing” my ears, expelling that accumulated phlegm on them. My question is.. is this possible? It have sense? Because I became very worried when it begun… I never heard about any case like mine’s, so I thought that a specialist in UT or a long time practicioner could reassure me a little if they know some case like mine’s…

P.S.: I’m drinking almost 2 liters of urine everyday… eating a little (it diminished my appetite), but mostly vegetables and grains. I also putting urine in my ears (four-days old urine) and in my nose (in fact… i “drink” urine with my nose… not all the urine I drink, just a very few. It’s a advice I saw in a book from the Waters of Life of India).

Be sure that ear pain is not due to UT
No fear for any complain due to UT, prefer to drink first morning urine and the mid stream and continue it for long time without fear.
