Okay, I’ll start off w/ a couple of questions. A.) Will it help acne? B.) Will it get rid of wrinkles bc I’m no spring chicken. C.) Isn’t urin toxins your body doesn’t need & is excreting? D.) A.) Will it help acne?

Answer.) No, there are absolutely NO toxins in normal, healthy urine because a ‘Toxin’ only exists in amounts that would be toxic for your body. The vitamins and minerals in urine as what makes up 3-5% of your urine, and the rest is PERFECTLY filtered water! (95%!) Compared to something like Coke Zero… urine has absolutely NO TOXINS to speak of! (and Urine is the up-most, easiest substance for your body to digest, hands down. I love talking about this stuff, so don’t feel weird about asking any questions… because I don’t feel weird about answering anything! I’ve put myself out there practically as a ‘Urine Therapist’ and I’ve heard stories from so many different people’s lives… some with cancer, some with depression, some with acne problems, liver problems, muscle pain, you name it. Is it best to do a detox diet first to cleanse you system so your urine is “healthier”? E.) I love coffee & am not willing to give it up, is that a problem? F.) I’m a vegetarian/vegan is that conducive for “healthy” urine production? G.) Can I mix it in to another drink to ease myself into the process? H.) Do you drink all of it & how often? I.) I’ve read that you should apply it to your skin, hair, & nails as well. Is that helpful too? Or is just drinking it adequate enough? I appreciate you being so cool about this. Another question; if I’m out drinking can I still drink the tink the next morning? Also, everything I’ve read said morning urine is the “best”. Is that true? It also said something about morning mid steam. What’s that about?

A.) What kind of diet produces the “best pee”?
Answer.) I have a friend who is practicing urine therapy right now and he says that his Urine was the most appealing with his diet, which consists 100% of raw, fresh, whole fruits exclusively. I think I’m gonna start on this fruit diet as well and see where it takes me… i heard its the best for skin! (You should also watch your salts, remove soy entirely from your diet, and take it easy on red meats)

B.) What does it taste like?
Answer.) It’s hard to describe it because it’s always different depending on what you’ve eaten, it also is hard to drink it at first because society has crammed it down our heads that urine is ‘super dirty’ and ‘gross’ so those thoughts don’t break down until you’d had your 20th glass.. then you start realizing its not bad or gross at all and your diet begins to naturally change and then it becomes easier to sip urine every morning.. just like water or tea! πŸ™‚

C.) Should you drink it warm? Or can you chill it first?
I used to put icecubes and mix with with juice and stuff when I first started… but everybody who practices this therapy eventually likes drinking it fresh and warm, on it’s own! I think it’s because your body doesn’t get confused by digesting anything from outside sources, and can just focus on sorting-out and researching the contents and instructions in your own fresh Urine! πŸ™‚

D.) Is it best to do a detox diet first to cleanse you system so your urine is “healthier”?
Urine is always perfect for the person who is creating it. Think of it as perfectly-formulated medication from a doctor that knows your body better than yourself! πŸ˜‰ So it really doesn’t matter if you detox now or later, your urine right now has the BEST ingredients for you to use! Urine will even help send your body into detox-mode so you can see it become clearer and clearer as you drink it each day and your body detoxes more and more! πŸ™‚ (there are specific diets for a urine detox.. or you can do a urine fast or a urine enema.. these are the fastest, healthiest ways to detox.)

E.) I love coffee & am not willing to give it up, is that a problem?
Answer.) Not at all! Drinking urine gives you a huge rush of energy and naturally changes habits and ends addictions.. so you might even notice less and less caffeine cravings in the future. You’ll see that urine therapy can be practiced along with your other favorite pleasures when Urine is drank first-thing in the morning, fresh, warm, and on its own. Then once you have the practice out of your way for the day, carry on like normal.

F.) I’m a vegetarian/vegan is that conducive for “healthy” urine production?
Anwser.) Yes, most certainly! You urine is going to be very well-to-do if you’ve had a close-to Vegan diet for a while. Make sure that you are not eating any soy though unless it is fermented for the appropriate amount of time! (I can talk to you about GMO soy and soy toxins and soy proteins more if you don’t know about the dangers)

G.) Can I mix it in to another drink to ease myself into the process?
Answer.) Yes’m! There are no real rules for Urine Therapy… so go with what makes you the mot comfortable! I did juice at first, and then half/half with water, but eventually came to like the plain taste of my medicine! πŸ™‚ Everyones different so just figure out what works for you and stick on it ?
(Btw, what helped me a whole lot was ‘Giving Thanks’ to my body for producing the liquid every time before I took a sip.. this allowed the urine to heal even greater I feel!)

H.) Do you drink all of it & how often?
Answer.) Every morning I naturally wake up between six and eight, the first thing I’ll do is my breathing patterns, remembering dreams, and smiling. Then I’ll take a glass cup (I always use glass) and collect the midstream of my first morning’s Urine. I use the extras from the end of the stream for my hands and face as a morning face-wash. I just splash it right on, my skin soaks it right up!
I usually pee 2-3 cups and sip on that like warm tea for the morning. I sip about 1/2 cup – 2 cups within one hour. I use the rest of the cup for lotion/hairconditioning/pimple cream/eye drops throughout the day. I’ll drink all 2 cups of other urine throughout the day. Sometimes during the evening I’ll get fancy and collect it in a wine glass. πŸ™‚ I also pour old urine into air-tight vessels for making Lant. I use Lant in my laundry, on my mirrors.. on my scars… all sorts of things!! πŸ™‚

I.) I’ve read that you should apply it to your skin, hair, & nails as well. Is that helpful too? Or is just drinking it adequate enough?
Answer.) Its suuuper useful for nail/eye lash/hair growth. I splash it on my face at least three times a day and my eyelashes are so long now I never wear maskara! (Thats a big deal for me because i always had stubbies.)

F.) if I’m out drinking can I still drink the tink the next morning?
Answer.) Yes! (Although it might not taste as good) I always tell people they owe it to their bodies to taste what they’ve already put their bodies though once. Urine Therapy is definitely a respect thing.

Answer.) Yes, midstream is best because the first one-two seconds is the first part of the wee flushing out your urethra, which can hide bacteria. I don’t think it matters though because urine is anti-bacterial.. it’s just peoples preference. Some doctors recommend their patients drink every single drop of their urine. The last one-two seconds of your stream is the content from the bottom of your bladder so it could have extra floaties or a slightly more concentrated amount of unnatural toxins (pharmaceutical medications or other such alien substances)

I love your interest in this! I love that I’m making a difference in other peoples lives just by living this therapy! ? It makes me so happy to know that others will find out about this through people like YOU! and ME! πŸ˜€ we will heal the world!
